VENDING MACHINE LOCATION SALE AGREEMENT

-Seller agrees to sell, and Buyer agrees to purchase, the exclusive rights to operate vending machine(s) at the following location:

The total purchase price 1 location  $700, payable as follows:

-Deposit: $0

-Balance: $700 is due when the buyer has inspected and agrees to the locations.

-Seller guarantees they have the right to sell and transfer the location rights.

-Seller makes no guarantees regarding future sales volume or profitability.

-Buyer acknowledges they have inspected the location and to purchase the Location.

-Balance is due before the machine is placed in the Location. 

-Buyer has the right to refuse any location. 

-Deposit and or the balance is 100% refund or replacement for any reason before placement(if applicable). 

-Comes with a 90 free replacement for any reason. 

If the buyer places the machine in Location the Vendor will be held legally responsible for the balance and any damages.

-Seller agrees not to place or sell competing vending machines in the location from the date of this Agreement.

-Seller agrees not to place or sell competing vending machines in the location from the date of this Agreement.

-This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State/Province of California.
